So I’ll be doing in house work outs tonight. Probably will do a little yoga and target my core so as to avoid not losing control of my lower body at work tomorrow. However after work I plan on doing *ahem* “strenuous couple exercise” with mah boyfriend once we get home. aka we will be having sex… lots of it… I plan to be on top for most of it to make sure to burn some calories cause lord know cowgirl can be difficult. Then I plan on him taking over and making sure I sure as hell can’t walk the next day. :) Sorry for the TMI, just thought I would share.
