Handful of baby spinach and arugala, raspberries, strawberries, kiwis, bananas, apples all cut up with just a dash of balsamic vinaigrette. Healthy and delicious! This is my lunch for work tomorrow. Here’s a tip, when trying to diet make the food aspect enjoyable. Make your own meals and make them with as much effort as possible. Your body is your temple and what you put into it should always be a high priority for you.
Yummy! Whole weat noodles, sauté up some cleaned up white mushrooms and grape tomatoes with some light extra virgin olive oil, and a blend of parmesan and herbs. Small plate as well, portion your food! and for the record the thing below the plate is my knee not my boob. (if it was my boob it would be much more fabulous looking)
